"neue Kraft für Körper und Geist"
The Finns recognised 2,000 years ago how beneficial and healthy a visit to the sauna can be. The targeted sweating purifies the body, strengthens the circulation and boosts the immune system. The higher temperatures also activate the metabolism and thus prevent sore muscles caused by active holidays.

‘how to sweat yourself healthy’
Before you start sweating, you should take a shower and dry off well. Then it's time for your first sauna session, which should last around 8 to 12 minutes, with the next session lasting up to 15 minutes. Sauna connoisseurs also like to add a third round.
Cool down,
relax & refresh
Exercise in the cooler air after your sauna session or go directly under our cold water shower. Finally, a warm footbath dilates the blood vessels and promotes the transport of heat from the inside of the body to the surface of the skin. Because even after a cold shower, a lot of heat is stored inside the body. Afterwards, you can relax as you wish on our relaxation loungers!
Sauna bar
During a good sauna session, you lose a lot of fluid through the healthy sweating. However, to ensure that the detoxification of your body is actually effective, you should wait until after your last sauna session before drinking.
To avoid dehydrating your body, you can take a seat in our sauna bar and enjoy a tea. This helps to relieve possible headaches and rounds off a relaxing visit to our sauna.
