General price information
- The prices are in Euro per apartment and per day without board.
- payment methodes: cash, credit card / debit card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard)
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- A local tax of € 2.20 per person and night applies from the age of 16.
Additional costs
- additional costs: € 25 per person
- dogs: € 15 per day without food
General booking conditions
- The apartments have 3 double rooms. From an occupancy of 3-4 persons, 2 double rooms are available.
- The deposit is 30 % of the rental price.

Arrival and departure
- check-in: from 3.00 pm - Please inform us if you arrive before 3.00 pm or after 8.00 pm.
- check-out: until 9.00 am
Cancellation conditions
- In the event of late arrival and early departure, we will charge the full daily rate for the date you have booked.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee up to 3 months before the start of your holiday.
- From 1-3 months before arrival we charge 30 %.
- From 1 month to 1 week 70 % will be charged.
- In the last week 90 % will be charged.
Cancellation insurance is recommended. Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006).
