Things of interest, regarding your holiday
Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 15.00h/3 p.m. (please, notify us if you should arrive earlier or after 20.00h/8 p.m.)Check-out: before 09.00h/09.00 a.m. Please, do not forget to return your key before you leave.

Apartment key:
The front door is always open during the day, from 08.00h/8 a.m. - 19.00h/7 p.m.
The kitchen:
You will find an inventory list in the kitchen, You are kindly requested to clean the utensils and leave them in the right place again, before your departure. Please, inform us straight away if considerable damage has occurred.
Payment:
Cash or Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard. For organisational reasons, you are kindly requested to pay your bill the day before departure.
Ski storage room:
Please, store your skis, snowboards, ski sticks and ski boots in the ski cellar. We have dryer for the ski and snowboard boots. Do not take any of the things into your apartment.
Services to order bread rolls:
On your arrival you will receive a list of rolls from us. Please, make your order in the morning, before living the house at reception. We will deliver your fresh bread and rolls at 07.30
Towel change:
Once a week we put a basket of fresh towels in front of the apartment. We kindly ask you to put the dirty towels and tea towels in the basket. If you would like additional cleaning, please let us know.
Sauna hours and key:
The sauna is open from Monday to Friday from 4.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on request and during opening hours. You can get the sauna key at the reception. With this key you can enter the sauna and there you have a locker with the sauna towels. Throw the used towels in the laundry basket after use. The lockers are refilled daily by us with fresh towels. In the sauna bar we offer you various teas free of charge.
Garbage:
Our village has a waste collection system which is required by law. You are requested to separate the waste and put it into the respective rubbish bins at your apartment. Rubbish skips are available in the garage. You are requested to put your rubbish in the large dustbins. Please, take note of labels on the dustbins and separate cartons, waste paper, white glass, coloured glass, plastics and metal besides organic waste, The rest can be put in a separate dustbin.
Opening hours shops:
At our reception desk, we will gladly inform you about the opening hours for Sparmarkt Spar (5-minute walk away), other supermarkets, sports shop and other shops. Due to the season, the opening hours vary.
Dogs:
Your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and clean. Please keep your dog on a leash in the house, out of consideration for children and the other guests. The large meadow around our country house is pasture for the cows. Always remove and dispose of the manure.We charge € 15 a day, which does not include food
Smoking:
Please, do not smoke in the apartment. You will find ashtrays on the balcony.
Wi-Fi:
The access details are avaibale at your apartment.
Garages:
Are cost free for all apartments.
Security:
The emergency exit can be found by following the green white emergency escape route signs that can be found throughout the house.

Finally:
It can happen that the apartment shows defects that have slipped our attention. We would appreciate it, if you would be so kind as to notify us straight away, so that we can fix it immediately. Please, contact us, if you should have concerns, requests or complaints, We will gladly be of service.
