and departure

  • check-in: from 3.00 pm - Please inform us if you arrive before 3.00 pm or after 8.00 pm.
  • check-out: until 9.00 am
  • We are here for you: Simply ring the bell at reception or call us on +43 664 2109090 or +43 664 5355802 or send us a message via WhatsApp.
  • payment: cash, Eurocard, Visa and MasterCard. For organisational reasons, we ask you to pay your bill the evening before departure.

The front door of Landhaus Kumbichl is always open during the day from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Amenities

Kitchen apartments:
There is an inventory list in the kitchen. On your departure, we ask you to put the utensils back where they were originally located, clean and tidy. Please inform us immediately of any serious damage.

Table tennis:
Next to the sauna is the table tennis room as well as various games and books to read.

Ski room:
Store your skis, snowboards, poles and ski boots in the ski cellar. There is a special boot dryer for your ski and snowboard boots. Do not take any of your equipment into your apartment.

Wi-Fi:
The access data is available for you in the apartments.

Garages:
Are freely available for each holiday apartment.

Special services

Bread roll service:
You will receive a bread roll list from us on your arrival. Please hand in your order at reception in the morning before you leave the house. We will bring the fresh bread to your flat door from 7.30 am.

Towel change:
Once a week we place a basket with fresh towels in front of the apartment. We kindly ask you to put the dirty towels and tea towels in the basket. If you require additional cleaning, please let us know.

Sauna
details wellness

You will receive the sauna key at reception. You can use this key to enter the sauna, where you will find a locker containing the sauna towels. You throw the used towels into the laundry basket after use. The lockers are refilled daily with fresh towels. We offer various teas free of charge in the sauna bar.

The sauna is open from Monday to Friday from 4.30 pm to 8.00 pm and in summer on request.

Mayrhofen activities:
Ski passes, ski schools, ski hire, toboggan runs, curling and much more, as well as Zillertal Activcard, bike hire, hiking maps, timetables, paragliding, swimming pools and much more are available at www.mayrhofen.at

Shop opening hours:
The opening times for Spar supermarkets (5 minutes' walk from us), other supermarkets, sports shops and other shops will be announced at reception. The opening hours change depending on the season.

Waste:
Our municipality has a statutory waste disposal system. Please separate your waste in the bins provided in your apartment. Waste containers are available in the garages for further disposal. On the day of departure, please dispose of your waste in the large bins. We separate: Cardboard boxes, waste paper, white glass, coloured glass, plastic and metal as well as organic waste. The rest goes into its own bin. Simply note the labelling.

Useful and important information for your stay

General
infromation

Dogs:
Your four-legged friends are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean. Please always keep your dog on a lead in the house, out of consideration for children and other guests. The large meadow around our country house is a grazing area for cows. Please always remove and dispose of the faeces. We charge € 15 per day without food.

Smoking:
Please do not smoke in the apartments. There are ashtrays on the balcony.

Saftey:
The emergency exits are marked by green and white escape route signs throughout the building.

Defects

Sometimes defects occur in the apartments which we unfortunately do not notice quickly enough ourselves. It would be very helpful if you could report this to us so that we can rectify it immediately.
