Things of interest, regarding your holiday
Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 15.00h/3 p.m. (please, notify us if you should arrive earlier or after 20.00h/8 p.m.) Check-out: before 10.00h/10 a.m. Please, do not forget to return your key before you leave.

Ski passes and Z-ticket:
Will be handed to you at reception on arrival.
Your apartment key can also be used to close the door to the ski room. Should you have forgotten the key, you can open the door with your code. The front door is always open during the day, from 08.00h/8 a.m. - 19.00h/7 p.m.
You will find an inventory list in the kitchen, You are kindly requested to clean the utensils and leave them in the right place again, before your departure. Please, inform us straight away if considerable damage has occurred.
Cash or Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard. For organisational reasons, you are kindly requested to pay your bill the day before departure.
Our kitchenette, in the cellar, next to the sauna contains useful things, including an iron and sewing kit, various games, reading books, etc.
Ski storage room:
Please, store your skis, snowboards, ski sticks and ski boots in the ski cellar. We have dryer for the ski and snowboard boots.
Services to order bread rolls:
On your arrival you will receive a list of rolls from us. Please, make your order in the morning (before living the house) or in the evening by 17.00h/5 p.m. at reception. We will deliver your fresh bread and rolls at 07.30h/07.30 a.m. the day after and will leave your order at the apartment door.
Once a week we will come to your apartment for an intermediate cleaning. We clean the kitchen and other floors and the bathrooms. The towels will be replaced. Should you desire additional cleaning, the surcharge will be € 35. Please, inform us during reception hours.
Sauna hours and key:
The sauna is open from Mo - Fr from 16.30h/4.30 p.m. - 20.00h/8 p.m. On request during summer. With an own key you will have access to the sauna, where you will have a locker, in which you will find the sauna towels. Please, put the used towels in the laundry basket. We put new towels in the lockers on a daily basis. You can choose between various, cost free types of tea in the sauna bar. Please, leave the tea bags instead of taking them with you. The tea is supposed to be drunk in the sauna bar.
Our village has a waste collection system which is required by law. You are requested to separate the waste and put it into the respective rubbish bins at your apartment. Rubbish skips are available in the garage. You are requested to put your rubbish in the large dustbins. Please, take note of labels on the dustbins and separate cartons, waste paper, white glass, coloured glass, plastics and metal besides organic waste, The rest can be put in a separate dustbin.
Opening hours shops:
At our reception desk, we will gladly inform you about the opening hours for Sparmarkt Spar (5-minute walk away), other supermarkets, sports shop and other shops. Due to the season, the opening hours vary.
Your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and clean. We charge € 12 a day, which does not include food
Please, do not smoke in the apartment. You will find ashtrays on the balcony.

The emergency exit can be found by following the green white emergency escape route signs that can be found throughout the house.

It can happen that the apartment shows defects that have slipped our attention. We would appreciate it, if you would be so kind as to notify us straight away, so that we can fix it immediately. Please, contact us, if you should have concerns, requests or complaints, We will gladly be of service.
